Cozy Fall Recipes

Fall is my absolute favorite season! What's not to love - the beautiful foliage, the crunch of the leaves underfoot, the smell of the first fire of the season, and of course the cooler temps. When I feel that first chill in the air my thoughts (and cravings) go straight to comfort food. And as much as I love my tried and true favorites, sometimes I just want to try something new. Here are a few recipes that I want to try out this season, let me know if you have any to add!

Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup - I love, love, love a good soup and this one sounds amazing and healthy!

Dollywood Cinnamon Bread - omg y'all I am sooooo excited to try this one! Some of you may remember that I worked at Dollywood a couple of summers while I was in college, and they have the absolute best cinnamon bread I have ever tried - by far! Do yourself a favor and make this one asap!

Maple Latte - A couple of years ago Kyle and I went to Banff, Canada and brought back some REAL maple syrup (not the fake pancake syrup), and I can't get enough! I think I'll have a maple latte to go with my cinnamon bread!

Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter -  I love a savory pumpkin dish, and I love pasta, so why not combine the two??

Spicy Pumpkin Soup - You had me at Grilled Cheese Croutons!

French Chicken Casserole - Chicken, mushroom, potatoes and a white wine sauce!

French Apple Cake -  This one sounds different than your usual apple cake - it's got an apple layer AND a custard layer!

Tuscan Chicken Orzo - I love a good slow cooker recipe, and orzo is comfort food at its best!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins - a yummy twist on a classic. Just look at those swirls of cream cheese!

Air Fryer Chicken - I love to use my wonder oven air fryer and this recipe sounds so good - swiss and gruyere air fried chicken and butternut squash mashed potatoes

Spiced Apple Cider -  An iconic fall beverage, and one that's great for a gathering!

Okay, I need to go eat lunch now, all these recipes have made me hungry! As always, if you try any of these recipes, tag me on socials at @melissaashleymeares!
